Marinated Green Olives
500 g stoned green olives 3 cups dry sherry 1 cup sherry vinegar 2 cloves garlic crushed 1 Spanish onion thinly sliced 1 tbspn fresh thyme
Combine all ingredients and seal securely. Refrigerate 4 days- shake occasionally Drain olives and serve
