Olive Spread

155 g cottage cheese
90 g cream cheese
1/3  cup chopped spring onion
125 g chopped black olives
Tabasco sauce

Combine all in bowl whisk til blended. Add tobasco to taste. Cover and refrigerate. Serve on crackers or French toast and grill til bubbly. Serve immediately.
